University uploaded intelligence.
Built by a FUTO student, for Nigerian students. UniUI turns scattered lecture notes, handwritten scans, and 10-year past questions into one structured academic platform — with AI answers, study groups, weekly creator royalties, jobs, finance tools, health resources, housing guides, and community.
The name comes from the belief that universities already hold the intelligence. The problem is that it is locked inside scattered files, WhatsApp forwards, photocopied handouts, and lecturers' heads. UniUI uploads that intelligence into a system students can actually use.
The semester is chaos. The hive is order.
You're in six WhatsApp groups for one course. You've lost the notes from Week 3. You find out an assignment is due when someone mentions it. You study in panic, not in structure. None of this is your fault — you were handed a pile of tools and asked to run an entire academic life with them.
Nigerian students manage their degrees across scattered PDFs, handwritten scans, unclear past questions, inconsistent department updates, and unreliable data. Lecturers repeat content. Classes get postponed. Deadlines move. And the student absorbs the confusion.
The beehive is the structure. Every student has a role. Every role earns. The ambassador program was the original engine — students recruiting students, ₦175 per subscriber, with School and State Head overrides. Over time, creators and SUG partners were added. Three engines, one hive. The honey is the token economy and subscription revenue.
You are already paying for the mess.
Every semester you lose notes, deadlines, and understanding. You study in panic because nothing told you to start earlier. You finish with a certificate, a transcript, and a GPA — and almost nothing to show for what you actually learned.
UniUI changes that. You stop losing things. You start seeing what you don't know. You get a system instead of a scramble. And you finish with a record of what you studied, improved, and can prove.
Those students are the country's future.
Employers can't see what graduates actually know. Parents are betting blind. The education system isn't going to fix itself from inside. If UniUI gives 2 million students better tools and clearer records, the pressure builds from outside — until the results become too obvious to ignore.
Better tools mean better learning outcomes. Better learning outcomes mean better graduates. Better graduates mean a more competitive country. UniUI is the infrastructure that helps that chain happen faster.
Request the investor overviewAcademics is one layer. The semester has many.
UniUI is not a study app with a job board attached. It is a full life operating system for the Nigerian university student. Academics — notes, past questions, AI answers, study groups — is the first layer. But a semester is more than courses. It is money, health, housing, movement, documents, skills, and community. Each of these is a layer in the operating system, and each layer is structured so that the student spends less time on logistics and more time on learning.
The jobs and career layer turns the degree into a pathway. The finance layer structures Ajo, Esusu, budgeting, and scholarships. The health layer treats wellness as infrastructure. The housing layer makes accommodation a solved problem. The campus life layer gives events, clubs, and marketplaces a home. The documents layer keeps records that outlast the semester. The skills layer turns spare hours into income. The travel layer moves students to where the semester happens. The community layer is the hive itself.
A student is not a student. A student is a worker, a saver, a patient, a tenant, a traveler.
The Nigerian university student is simultaneously a learner, an employee, a saver, a patient, a tenant, a commuter, and a community member. Every one of those roles is currently handled through scattered WhatsApp groups, paper documents, and word of mouth. UniUI gives each role a structured layer so that the whole life is navigable.
When the layers are structured, the student stops managing chaos and starts building a record. The record becomes the transcript, the transcript becomes the career, and the career becomes the life. That is the operating system.
Three engines, one honey.
The ambassador program is the original engine — students recruiting students, ₦175 per subscriber, with School and State Head overrides. The creator program is the second engine — students publishing notes and earning from the content they already produce. The SUG partnership program is the third engine — student unions bringing the platform to their campuses. Three engines, one hive, one token economy.
The honey is the subscription revenue and the token economy. It flows to the people who do the work — the ambassadors who recruit, the creators who publish, and the partners who organize. The platform is the hive; the students are the bees; the revenue is the honey.
