Include these details.
The faster you give us context, the faster we solve it.
Your student email — so we can verify your account.
Course code and topic — so we can route to the right subject matter.
Screenshots or screen recordings — one image beats a paragraph of description.
Device and app version — helps us reproduce faster.
What you expected vs what happened — the gap is usually the bug.
How fast we reply.
We aim to reply within a few hours on weekdays. Weekend responses may take longer. Creator and partnership emails are prioritized during business hours.
If your issue is urgent — like an exam deadline, payment failure, or account lockout — mention that in the subject line. We triage those first.
We do not outsource support. The team reads every message and routes it to the person who can actually fix it.
Local help at FUTO. More coming.
UniUI has campus ambassadors at FUTO — the first active campus hub. They can help with onboarding, creator signup, study group setup, and localized issues faster than remote support.
Ask in the WhatsApp guild or email sophia@uniui.com.ng with your campus name and we will connect you to your ambassador.
We reply to every message.
Whether you are a student, creator, institution, or press — we want to hear from you.
