Is UniUI free?
Student Free is free. Student Pro unlocks full notes, AI study tools, offline packs, and past question solvers. Creator and Faculty plans are paid. Upgrade inside the app when you're ready.
How do I join the waitlist?
Join at waitlist.uniui.com.ng to reserve your spot for early campus unlocking and V2 beta access. Waitlist members get priority when new campuses unlock.
What courses does it cover?
UniUI is built around Nigerian university curricula. The platform indexes departmental syllabi, course codes, and past question banks across federal, state, and private universities.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. UniUI is designed for mobile-first use on low-end Android devices, slow networks, and expensive data plans. Offline packs are compressed for 2G and 3G connections.
Do I need data to use it?
You need data to sync and download materials. Once downloaded, offline packs let you study without an active connection. The platform is optimized for low-data usage.
Is my data private?
Student data is encrypted and secured. Institutional analytics are aggregated and anonymized. No individual student data is ever shared without explicit opt-in. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Open the app, go to Settings, and select Student Pro. Payment is via Paystack, OPay, or bank transfer. No automatic renewals that surprise you. Cancel anytime.
Can I use UniUI offline?
Yes. Download offline packs for your courses and study without an active connection. Sync when you reconnect. Your progress is preserved locally and synced safely.
Creator program questions.
Do I need a minimum follower count?
No. The creator program is based on material quality, not audience size. Top scholars and departmental note leads are valued more than influencers with large but irrelevant audiences.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are weekly every Friday via Paystack, OPay, or bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold is ₦500. No withdrawal fees. No hidden thresholds.
When do I get my referral link?
Immediately after approval. You can customize your slug and start sharing the same day.
Can I be an ambassador and a creator?
Yes. Ambassadors earn ₦175 per subscriber. Creators earn 10–20% first payment plus 5–10% recurring. The programs are separate, but you can participate in both.
What content should I post?
Lecture notes, study guides, past question solutions, formula sheets, and course summaries. The best content is specific to your department and course code.
What happens after the founding 500?
The founding bundle closes permanently. Future creators will have access to a standard program with different benefits. Founding 500 status is permanent and carries ongoing perks.
Institution partnership questions.
Is recognition free?
Yes. UniUI does not charge for recognition. The ask is acknowledgment and, if suitable, recommendation to students. No procurement. No partnership fees.
Is student data shared with institutions?
No. All data is aggregated and anonymized. Students opt in explicitly. No individual student data is ever shared with institutions. NDPA-compliant.
What insights do institutions get?
Real-time engagement data, course-level performance trends, and insight into where students struggle. All aggregated and anonymized. No individual student data.
How do I request recognition?
Send an email to sophia@uniui.com.ng with your institution name, contact person, and intended use. The team reviews and responds within 72 hours.

Where is UniUI available?
UniUI is built for Nigerian universities. The current active hub is FUTO. Expansion to additional campuses is planned. Join the waitlist to request campus unlocking.
Is UniUI accessible?
Yes. UniUI targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. The platform is designed for keyboard navigation, screen readers, and reduced motion preferences. See the Accessibility Statement for details.
How do I report a bug?
Email sophia@uniui.com.ng with a description of the issue, your device, and screenshots if possible. The team reviews bug reports within 48 hours.
How do I delete my data?
Email sophia@uniui.com.ng with the subject “Delete My Data”. The team processes deletion requests within 7 days in compliance with NDPA requirements.
