Terms and conditions.
By using UniUI, you agree to these terms for students, creators, and institutional users. Read them carefully — they are written in plain language, not legalese.
Use the platform responsibly.
These terms govern your use of UniUI's public site and student application. By accessing either, you agree to fair use, academic integrity, and privacy rules designed to protect students, creators, and institutions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use UniUI.

Study help is not cheating.
UniUI is a study tool, not a cheating tool. Using AI to understand a concept, check your work, or get unstuck is learning. Using AI to generate exam answers you do not understand is academic dishonesty.
Institutions may request usage data if they suspect academic misconduct. UniUI will cooperate with legitimate investigations while protecting student privacy under NDPA.

You own your content. We own our platform.
Students retain full ownership of the notes, questions, and content they upload. By uploading, you grant UniUI a limited license to store, process, and display that content within the platform.
UniUI owns the platform, brand, algorithms, and aggregated insights. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of UniUI intellectual property to users.
Creator content — videos, posts, livestreams — remains owned by the creator. UniUI receives a marketing license to feature creator content on the platform and social channels with attribution.
Fair expectations.
UniUI is provided as-is. We strive for high availability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect AI answers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniUI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months before the claim.
Nigerian law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of Lagos State, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
We will explain in plain language.
If any part of these terms is unclear, email us. We want students and creators to understand what they are agreeing to.
